Upon startup, the instrument automatically calibrates the light source, grating, detector, and position, ensuring reliable operation. With a long-lasting xenon lamp capable of 10^9 flashes, the FlexA-200 offers a wavelength range of 200–1000 nm, utilizing a 1 nm step for full-spectrum scanning.

 

Versatile Features

This microplate reader is equipped with an independent cuvette slot and incubation function, allowing temperature control from room temperature +4 °C to 45 °C. The independent cuvette software enables various applications, including endpoint methods, kinetics, spectral scanning, and standard curve establishment.

 

User Management and Data Analysis

With user authority classification, administrators can manage multiple sub-user accounts, enhancing confidentiality for individual experiments. Each sub-account retains only personal experiment records, simplifying documentation. Additionally, a guest account offers quick access without a password requirement.

The FlexA-200 provides powerful data analysis capabilities, including blank subtraction, standard curve creation, qualitative analysis, quality control, kinetics, and spectral analysis. It also features a standard curve library, allowing you to store and reuse established curves for future experiments, streamlining your workflow.
