Developed by Allsheng, the Feyond L100 Luminescence Microplate Reader offers laboratories in South Africa a compact and high-performance solution for luminescence-based assays. Built to enhance productivity, it features rapid reading capabilities and an integrated automatic injector to streamline routine workflows.

Ultra-Low Well-to-Well Interference

The unique optical path design effectively reduces signal cross-interference between wells, with cross-talk below 0.05%.

Low Noise PMT

Paired with a low-noise photomultiplier tube (PMT), the collected signal is more accurate. The lowest detection limit can reach 5 amol/well (ATP).

Standard Filter

The luminescence detection function includes two filters (470 nm and 560 nm), which help reduce background noise and improve sensitivity for luciferase reporter gene detection.

Exceptional Optical Performance

The Feyond L100 includes a unique optical path design that helps reduce well-to-well interference. As a result, cross-talk remains below 0.05%, ensuring your results are both accurate and reliable.

High Sensitivity Detection

Thanks to its low-noise PMT, this microplate reader offers an impressive detection limit of 5 amol/well (ATP). Moreover, its high sensitivity makes it ideal for a wide range of luminescence-based experiments.

Microplate Luminescence

Quick Flash Test

The combination of precise injectors and detection modules enables an easy-to-use solution for cell-based luciferase reporter gene detection and ATP-based luminescence quantification.

Luminescence Kit

Allsheng luminescence kits are built around luciferase reporter gene vectors for construction, transfection, and expression. The luciferase enzyme catalyzes substrate conversion and emits photons, which are captured by the detection system
