The cold trap – economic from Being International significantly enhances the efficiency of your vacuum pump. By maintaining low temperatures, this device condenses water vapor directly in the cold trap, which greatly improves the working efficiency of the vacuum pump.

 

Protect Your Vacuum Pump

Oil-based pumps, whether used as working fluids (like diffusion pumps) or lubricants (like mechanical rotary pumps), can introduce contamination into vacuum systems. By positioning a cold trap at the inlet of these pumps, you can substantially reduce the risk of oil vapors back streaming into the cavity, ensuring cleaner operations.

 

LCD PID Controller

Featuring a P.I.D temperature controller, this cold trap provides accurate and reliable temperature control. The large LCD display and user-friendly interface make operation straightforward, allowing for precise adjustments.

The S304 internal bath is suitable for water or ethanol cooling experiments, and when equipped with a glass condenser, it can handle acids or organic solvents.

 

Options

For enhanced functionality, the cold trap can be equipped with RS-485 and USB connectors, allowing connection to a computer for data saving.
