Advanced Heating and Uniformity

The 6-sided direct heating system uses electric wires placed on all chamber surfaces. Three independent sensors control separate heating zones, ensuring rapid heat-up, quick recovery, and precise temperature uniformity. Dry wall and air jacket insulation reduce heat loss, improve energy efficiency, and eliminate the need for maintenance.

 

Accurate CO₂ and Humidity Control

A dual-beam infrared CO₂ sensor monitors gas levels independently of temperature and humidity changes. Natural humidification is maintained using a water tray and bottom heater system. A circulation fan evenly distributes warm, moist air to keep samples in ideal conditions.

 

Convenient Safety Features

Built-in audible alarms alert users to deviations in temperature or CO₂ levels. In case of control failure, the incubator shuts off heating to protect samples. The interior is made from SUS304 stainless steel with rounded corners, making it easy to clean and resistant to corrosion. Air and moisture circulate gently, ensuring uniformity without disturbing sensitive cultures.
