Easy Installation and Maintenance

Every AVS-N Series autoclave is designed for easy installation and maintenance. They operate efficiently without a drainage connection, which simplifies setup in various lab environments.

Safety First

Safety is a priority with the AVS-N Series autoclaves. They include features such as an overpressure safety valve, a thermally insulated lid, an overtemperature safety thermostat, an open lid detection system, and an independent safety pneumatic system that locks the main door under positive pressure.

Components Supplied

  • Stainless steel wire basket (CV-8 or CV-12)
  • 1-meter silicone tube for drainage and condensate collection
  • Stainless steel protective grid for the heater element

Standard Sterilization Cycle

  1. Heating Phase: Heating elements generate saturated steam, expelling cold air until the sterilization temperature is achieved.
  2. Sterilization Phase: The temperature is accurately maintained for the predefined duration.
  3. Cooling Phase: A natural cooling phase follows until a safe temperature is reached, with options for faster cooling for solid loads.
